AGMA 10 / ISO 6 · Custom CNC Worm Gears
Precision worm gears for motion control, indexing, and speed reduction — held to ±0.005 mm profile tolerance and surface finish to 0.4 µm Ra. Single-start and multi-start profiles CNC-milled or thread-ground post-case-hardening. Case-hardened steel worms (58–62 HRC) paired with phosphor-bronze, brass, stainless, or engineering plastic wheels. AGMA 10 commercial to AGMA 12 precision. Centre-distance tested and lead-verified before shipment.
Precision-Micro Parts
Precision Micro CNC Machining · 0.1 mm Diameter · Swiss-Type
Custom micro-machined parts down to 0.1 mm diameter and lengths under 2 mm — held to ±0.01 mm tolerances. Produced on guide-bushing-supported Swiss-type lathes and high-RPM micro-mills to eliminate part deflection. Stainless steel (316L), titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), brass, copper, and engineering plastics. Quality verified via toolmaker's microscope and CMM for medical devices, sensors, and precision instrumentation.

Precision Valve Components · Hydrostatic & Helium Tested
Precision-machined valve components — bodies, seats, stems, manifolds, and metal sub-assemblies. CNC turning and milling in stainless (303, 316L), naval brass (C46400), Monel K-500, titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), and engineering polymers. Sealing surfaces lapped to micro-inch finishes; internal passages deburred by abrasive-flow machining. CMM inspection, hydrostatic pressure testing, and helium leak detection on critical parts. Delivered ready for your valve assembly line
